Stirlings Chrome Gear 220 HLP. This oil is a universal machine tool lubricant, based on mineral oil, under addition of several additives to obtain the following properties:

good resistant towards high pressures and high loads
a very strong adhesion to vertical slides
superior “stick-slip” properties
very good anti-wear, anti-rust and anti-corrosion properties
excellent demulsification properties
good filterability

Applications

This oil is a machine tool lubricant specially designed for tableway lubrication, with emphasis on superior stick-slip properties. This machine tool lubricant also meets the requirements of hydraulic systems, gear boxes and spindles in most machine tools.
